Q: Do I need any special hardware or software to sign up for this E-Bill Express payment service?
A: No special hardware or software is required to use this service. You will only need Web access and your browser.

Please note that some older browsers use 40-bit encryption. For the highest level of security available, we suggest you use 128-bit encryption to access the site.

Q: How am I billed for this service?
A: There is no cost for using this payment site. See the service Terms and Conditions for complete details.

Q: Where can I find my E-Bill number?
A: You can find your E-Bill number on your most recent paper bill.

Q: If a policy is in a name other than my own, can I still sign up for E-Bill payment service?
A: Yes, but please be sure to use the correct E-Bill number as it appears on the your most recent paper bill.

Q: Will I still receive a paper copy of the bill through the U.S. mail?
A: Yes, you will receive a paper bill through the mail.  

Q: Can I make a loan payment through the E-Bill Express payment service?
A: Yes, there is a box on the right-hand side of the payment screen titled “Additional Loan Payment (If Applicable)” that allows you to enter a loan payment.

Q: When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
A: The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the payment date you select. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

Q: Can I make a payment greater than my regular monthly payment amount?
A: With the exception of loan payments, you will only be able to pay the exact amount, per policy, listed on the bill.

Q: Can I be enrolled in automatic payments?
A: If you would like to enroll in automatic payments, please call Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance at 1-800-930-7459.

Q: The amount for an E-Bill seems incorrect. What should I do?
A: If you have questions about an E-Bill, please call Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance at 1-800-930-7459.

Q: What if the amount deducted is different than the amount I agreed to pay when scheduling my payment?                                                
A: If the payment amount is incorrect, please call Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance at 1-800-930-7459.

Q: What time of day is the payment drawn from my account on the date I selected?
A: The time the payment is drawn is dependent on your financial institution’s processing procedures.
